The Green Kiwi Smoothie – Healthy & Helpful Tips with Melissa
The Green Kiwi Smoothie
Created By Melissa Bistricer, MS, RDN
In this day and age children are getting less and less exposure to green pigmented fruits or vegetables. If they are eating vegetables or fruits likely they are getting less than the US dietary guidelines recommend. Therefore they are lacking in essential nutrients to help support energy, immunity and liver health. We want to try to fill that nutritional gap with nourishing their bodies and supporting their growth and development. Therefore it may be beneficial for you to make this smoothie for your kids in the morning to help enhance their days at school. †
Our Greens HxⓇ has 39 herbs, vegetables, fruits, spices, algae, and probiotic’s. When our bodies have the proper nutrients it’ll naturally go through the process of detoxification and digestion in order to run optimally. †
