Why did you choose Nutrition as a profession?

I’ve always had a fascination with different types of foods and their potential health benefits. With my family being from the Philippines, we’ve always believed in natural remedies and healing. I’ve also always wanted to help people in some way. 

What do you use to sustain your energy and immune system?

I try to maintain a diet rich in fruits and vegetables which can help to sustain my energy on a day to day basis.Getting an adequate amount of sleep is also important to me because your body definitely needs to be able to rest and recover. In addition, I incorporate a few supplements into my daily diet which include the InVite®’s MultiVitamin, Resveratrol Hx®, and Green Tea Hx®.

Which products do you recommend to your clients that are thinking about getting supplements for the first time?
