Did you know breakfast is the most important meal of the day? There is actually a good reason for it, in the name breakfast means we are breaking the fast period from overnight. This is restoring the body with glucose in order to boost our energy levels and alertness. In the interim it is also providing other essential nutrients that are required for good health. †

The overnight oats recipe is packed with powerful antioxidants, immune health, and natural ingredients to nourish your body! What you put into your body matters in the morning for breakfast as you want to nourish your body with healthy fats, protein and carbs in order to replenish the body with glucose from your sleep overnight.†

Yields: 2 servings 


1 Tablespoon Honey 

1 Tablespoon Turmeric 

¼ Teaspoon ground ginger 

¼ Teaspoon Nutmeg

¼ Teaspoon Cinnamon 

⅛ Teaspoon Salt

1 ½ cup Kefir 

1 ⅓ cup Rolled oats 

2 scoops Organic Flaxseed Powder 

1 Whole fresh mango, diced  

2 scoops Collagen HxⓇ 

1/2 cup Mixed berries

Steps To Making The Perfect Golden Overnight Oats

  • Add everything into a bowl and stir until well incorporated. 
  • Let sit in the fridge overnight. Can heat in the microwave for 1 min to warm through if you like your oats hot.
