This is restoring the body with glucose in order to boost our energy levels and alertness. In the interim it is also providing other essential nutrients that are required for good health. When it comes to specifically looking  into the pigmentation of fruits and vegetables we want to look at the color this will give us the best indication of the health benefits. Ingredients

Smoothie Base: 

1 cup Strawberries, frozen

1/2 cup Water

1 scoop Reds HxⓇ 

 

Add-ins To Make It A Complete Breakfast: 

2 Tablespoons Nut Butter (peanut, almond, cashew, or sun butter)

1/2 cup Milk, Kefir, or Nut milk (almond, cashew, oat, or coconut) – instead of the water

1/2 cup Yogurt (Greek, plain unsweetened)

 

Steps To Making The Perfect Twisted Red Smoothie

  • Pour all the ingredients into a blender or Vitamix and blend together until smooth and creamy.
