Losing weight is not always an easy task. Did you know that nearly one half of adults in the United States tried to lose weight in the last 12 months? Yes, half of Americans tried and failed to lose weight. Our diet plays a big role into this, as does our low activity rate. But what are some things that you can do, besides jumping onto some fad diet? Let’s talk about the reality of weight loss and what you can be doing about this.†

Statistics on weight loss

I want to talk about the findings that came from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey. They recognized that 50% of US adults tried to lose weight over the course of the last year. 56% of those adults were women.†

We know that those who tried to lose weight reported that their most common method of doing so was trying to exercise and eat less, but it’s the adherence part that is the catch. We have to look really hard at diet and be honest with ourselves. I’ve spoken to many people who claim they have a very healthy and clean diet. In a roundabout way, it may sound healthy, but when we break it down, we can see that they may not actually be making the healthiest choices when it comes to calories, fiber content and more.†

Supplementing with Trim Hx

When it comes to supplements, our Trim HxⓇ formulation can be very beneficial for weight loss. Trim HxⓇ is unique in the sense that it is targeting two different areas in which many people struggle to achieve their weight loss goals. One is to try to promote and speed up the metabolic rate to help promote fat burning. The other is to stop the cravings, so we have to target the brain component that drives cravings for bad, junky, sugary foods.†

This is where our Trim HxⓇ comes into play. This formula includes a registered, trademarked form of an herbal extract known as Grains of Paradise and it’s called CaloriburnⓇ GP. This ingredient has been shown in clinical trials to be effective. It is partnered up with 5-HTP, which is 5-hydroxytryptophan. This is the intermediate step between the conversion of the amino acid tryptophan and the manufacturing of serotonin. This helps to regulate the desire to want to go and snack.†

In this episode, Amanda Williams, MPH explains the science behind InViteⓇ Health’s Trim HxⓇ formulation. She details the common roadblocks in weight loss, as well as how Trim HxⓇ can help in these situations.†

Key Topics:

  • The prevalence of obesity
  • Risks associated with excess weight
  • Body systems involved in the weight loss process
  • The importance of having a routine
  • Science behind Grains of Paradise
